Devi Kapoor
"I work with people who've followed the path through several traditions and want a method that doesn't ask them to convert to anything."
Booking happens on Devi Kapoor's own scheduling system. The Wholeness Work doesn't hold the calendar.
About Devi Kapoor.
My background is across traditions. I trained in Advaita Vedanta in my twenties, did a Zen residency in my thirties, spent years in Vipassanā, and have worked closely with IFS for the last decade. By the time I encountered the Wholeness Work I'd stopped looking for the "true" path and was looking instead for what worked.
The Wholeness Work is the first method I've found that doesn't require a worldview. You don't have to believe in non-duality, parts, energy, or anything else for the process to work — it operates directly on the felt sense of self, which everyone has whether or not they call it that. That accessibility is rare and I think significant.
I'm based in Mumbai and offer sessions in Hindi and English. I certified with Connirae in 2022. Most of my clients are seasoned practitioners — yogis, meditators, therapists who've done their own deep work — who are looking for something that goes underneath what they've already studied.
What I tend to focus on.
These are the patterns clients arrive with most often. The work itself doesn't depend on the pattern — the method is the same whether you're working with anxiety, grief, a stuck habit, or just a sense of background tension you can't quite name.
What a session is like.
A session is 60 to 90 minutes, on video call. Devi Kapoor guides you through the Wholeness Work, slowly enough that you can actually feel what's happening. You don't need to know the method beforehand — coaches are trained to lead you through it without prior context.
- You bring whatever's present. A pattern, a feeling, a situation. You don't need to know what you "want to work on." Most clients don't, at first.
- The coach leads you through the process. Gentle questions, no re-living difficult material, no narrative work. You stay in your own experience throughout.
- What shifts, shifts on its own. The method works by dissolution, not by effort. Many clients describe the session afterwards as "less like therapy, more like the inside of the room got bigger."
- You leave with something repeatable. Over time, the process becomes something you can use on your own, between sessions.
