Self-paced video courses

Begin at your own pace.

The same Wholeness Work curriculum, taught by Connirae, available as pre-recorded video courses you watch in your own time. Levels I, II, and III. From $159 each.

Different format, same method. The same procedural mechanism, the same named formats, the same pointing language. What changes is the pace — you set it.

Three courses, same pathway.

Take them in sequence or jump in where you are. Lifetime access to every course you purchase.

Why self-paced.

Live online cohorts have a particular value — real-time presence with Connirae, a cohort community, the rhythm of weekly sessions. Self-paced video has a different value.

  • Watch when you have the attention. If your weeks don't line up with cohort dates, the course meets you on yours.
  • Re-watch any section. The pointing language can land on a second viewing in ways it didn't the first time. Lifetime access means revisiting whenever it's useful.
  • Use as preparation for a live cohort. Some participants take the video course first, then join the live Level I cohort having already met the material once.
  • Lower-commitment entry. If you're not yet sure whether the Wholeness Work is for you, the video course is a smaller step than committing to a live cohort schedule.

What's the same. What's different.

The video courses are the same curriculum Connirae teaches in the live cohorts. The method is identical; the medium changes.

  • Same: the procedural mechanism, the named formats taught at each level, the pointing language, the safety framing. Taught by Connirae herself in recorded sessions.
  • Different: no real-time Q&A with Connirae, no cohort community, no live calibration on what you're encountering in practice. You're doing the work on your own.
  • If real-time presence matters to you — the live online cohorts are still the more substantial experience. See the live levels.

Not sure which to start with?

The Free Intro is 45 minutes with Connirae, costs nothing, and gives you a felt sense of the work before you choose a format.
