A note on research.

Connirae's work has a peer-reviewed evidence base. Her sibling method, Core Transformation, has three published studies behind it, including two randomised controlled trials, most recently in Spirituality in Clinical Practice, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Psychological Association (2026).

The Wholeness Work is newer, and is offered as a practice. It has no clinical trials of its own yet. When writing about the evidence, please attribute it to Core Transformation.

Story angles.

  • Healing without reliving. A method that works with the felt structure of the self, so people can come through difficult material without narrating or re-living it.
  • Content-free and private. Participants change without disclosing what the work was about, an unusual stance in an age of oversharing.
  • A contemplative method with a procedure. Where much of awakening is left to grace or years of practice, this offers repeatable inner steps.
