The pathway.

Each level builds on the one before. Most participants take them in sequence, with practice time in between.

Your path in.

There is no single way to start. These are the four most common.

I

At your own pace

Fits if you are comfortable working independently, or want to start without a large upfront commitment.

  1. Watch the Free Intro
  2. Get Level I on streaming video
  3. Get the book
  4. Practice the formats for 1-2 months
  5. Continue through Levels II, III, IV at your own pace

Any time you feel stuck, one coaching session is enough to move again.

II

Coaching-led

Fits if you have a full life and want focused guidance. More efficient, more personal.

  1. Watch the Free Intro
  2. Book sessions with 1-3 coaches; choose one you connect with
  3. Work through your personal goals in regular sessions
  4. Add the book or video trainings alongside your coaching
  5. Consider a live training once coaching has opened the ground

Starting with a coach costs more upfront but focuses directly on you. Live trainings are a supplement you can add whenever you're ready.

III

Live trainings

Fits if you learn best in live cohorts, alongside others, guided directly by Connirae or a trained instructor.

  1. Watch the Free Intro
  2. Get the book as preparation
  3. Attend Level I live online
  4. Practice between each level, then continue through II, III, IV

Live cohorts are small. Connirae's assistants follow each participant individually through the training.

IV

Become a coach

Fits if you want to guide others through the work, whether as a dedicated practice or alongside existing work in therapy, coaching, or teaching.

  1. Complete Levels I-IV (any of the three paths above works as preparation)
  2. Apply for the Coach Training
  3. Complete the supervised practicum

The certification pathway is laid out in full on the Coach Training page.

Not sure which fits? Talk to Rory, a short conversation is usually enough to make it clear.

These paths aren't fixed.

Most people don't stay in one lane. They begin where it's easiest, and the way opens from there.

A common arc: someone starts on their own, with the book and the Level I video course. The formats fit around their week, and small things begin to settle, like sleep, or the edge coming off a familiar anxiousness. After a level or two they notice they have questions, the kind you want to ask someone who really knows. They join a live cohort, and stay for the company as much as the answers, then carry on through Level IV. Some keep a place in the monthly consultation group after that, still going.

Others begin the other way round. When life is asking something urgent, or time is short and the focus needs to be on them from the first session, they start with a coach and add the trainings later.

Whichever way you start, most people end up using both. A training gives you the method, and others learning it alongside you. A coaching hour is entirely about you, where you can get into the specifics of your own situation and still be the one choosing what fits. Each makes the other deeper, and all of it stays in your hands.

When someone has taken all the trainings, it's amazing how much we can get done in a session.

Connirae Andreas

There is no wrong place to begin.

Why we keep this affordable.

A method for meeting your own suffering should not be something only the comfortable can reach. The price reflects who we want to reach, and the work is worth far more than it costs. We would rather teach this closely to many people than exclusively to a few.

And it is taught closely. After each session the assistants meet to talk through how every participant is doing, and a week later we pair you with the person you will learn the most alongside. Few trainings, at any price, work this directly with who you actually are.

  • Choose what you pay. Most people pay the standard price. If you have the means, a supporter place pays a little more and quietly funds someone who cannot. And if money is the only thing in your way, there is a small fund. Just ask.
  • Coaches train twice, at half price each time. We ask for your time and your depth rather than your money. You learn to hold this for others by living it more than once.
  • Gift a place. Some people finish a training and want to give the same chance to someone else. There is a way to do that.

The work has always moved through generosity. We are keeping it that way.

Prefer to begin at your own pace?

Self-paced video courses are available for Levels I, II, and III. Same material, taught by Connirae, in your own time. Useful as preparation before a live cohort, or as the full programme for those who prefer working solo.

Self-paced courses start at $159.
