What you'll learn.

Coach Training is where you move from being someone who does the practice to being someone who guides it. The Wholeness Work you've practised on yourself now becomes work you lead for another person — with all the calibration that requires.

  • Guiding the Wholeness Work for others. The pacing, the pointing language, the listening — the specific moves that turn the practice from solo work into client work.
  • Calibrating for different participants. What to do with a client who's never meditated. What to do with a long-time contemplative practitioner. What to do with someone in difficulty. Different starting points need different ways into the work.
  • When to use the Wholeness Work and when not. Honest discrimination — the moments where another tool serves the client better. Trauma referrals, when to pause and consult, when to recommend Core Transformation instead.
  • Holding the role. How to be a guide rather than a teacher of beliefs. The discipline of not adding your own framing to a client's experience.

Who it's for.

Coach Training is for practitioners with substantial personal experience of the Wholeness Work — Levels I through III completed, ideally with months of practice between each. The application asks about your professional background, your personal practice, and your reasons for wanting to guide others.

Admission is selective. Connirae personally reviews every application. The work of being a Wholeness Work coach asks particular qualities of presence and humility, and not every experienced practitioner is the right fit for this specific role.

What's included.

  • Eight live online training sessions with Connirae across ~3 months.
  • Supervised practicum — guiding the work for other Coach Training participants, with Connirae's feedback on each session.
  • The Coach Training workbook, including the pointing language Connirae uses with clients in writing.
  • Ongoing access to the Wholeness Work coach community — a private space for certified and in-training coaches to ask questions, share cases, and stay current.
  • Listing on the Wholeness Work coach directory upon certification — where people seeking the work find and book a coach.
  • Lifetime access to the recordings.

A note on the responsibility.

Guiding the Wholeness Work for another person is a different kind of work than practising it yourself. Coach Training takes that seriously — the supervised practicum exists so that the first sessions you guide are observed and supported, not done alone.

Certified Wholeness Work coaches agree to a simple code of conduct: refer to qualified clinicians for trauma in active treatment, never claim the work treats medical conditions, decline to guide clients you don't feel equipped for, and stay in the coach community for ongoing support.

What certified coaches describe

The shift from doing the work to guiding it is bigger than I expected. The practicum is what made the difference — Connirae's feedback after my first guided session changed how I held the role.
Certified Wholeness Work coach
I came in as a therapist with twenty years of practice. The Coach Training taught me a new way to be quiet inside a session.
Certified Wholeness Work coach
The community is the part I didn't know I needed. Months after certification, I'm still in there asking questions and getting them answered.

Common questions about Coach Training.

What's the application process?

A written application covering your professional background, personal practice with the Wholeness Work, and what draws you to guiding it for others. Connirae personally reviews every application; some are followed by a short conversation. Admitted candidates receive a registration link.

How much time will this take beyond the live sessions?

Plan for approximately 4–6 hours per week across the ~3 months: live session time, practicum sessions guiding other participants, reviewing recordings, and the cohort community. Heaviest in the middle weeks during the practicum phase.

Are there costs beyond the $950?

No required costs. Some certified coaches choose to attend the ongoing professional development sessions Connirae runs occasionally for the coach community — those are optional and separately priced.

When can I start practising as a coach?

You may begin guiding the work for others during the practicum phase — under supervision. Certification is granted at the end of the training, contingent on completing the practicum sessions and a final session with Connirae. Certified coaches are added to the directory on the site within a week of certification.

What's the refund policy?

Application is free; the $950 is charged only on admission. Full refund within the first two sessions if Coach Training doesn't feel like the right fit. After that, partial refunds are considered case-by-case.
