The four levels, taught in sequence.

Each level builds on the one before. Three integration days sit free between modules — 20, 23, and 26 September — so the work has somewhere to settle.

What a training day looks like.

Connirae teaches in the same way she's taught for forty years: demonstration, then practice, then questions. The format is calm, slow enough to absorb, with experienced coaches available during pair exercises.

  • Demonstration. Connirae works one-to-one with a volunteer participant. You watch the process unfold in real time, with her commentary on what she's noticing and choosing.
  • Pair practice. You work the format yourself, with a partner. Experienced coaching assistants move through the room — if you get stuck or want a second pair of eyes, you raise a hand.
  • Group reflection. What came up, what worked, what's unclear. Questions answered live. Time held lightly — Connirae's teaching has the unhurried quality of someone who's noticed that learning doesn't speed up under pressure.
  • Comprehensive manual. A printed German-language manual for each level, so the structure is there for you to return to.
  • Recording. The seminar is recorded (camera on Connirae). You get streaming access to your level(s) after the event.

Investment.

Pricing scales with the number of levels you attend. There's a repeater rate for anyone who's already taken a level with Connirae before — the "Wholeness Bonus." All prices are in euros and include VAT, coffee and tea during sessions, and post-event streaming access to your level(s).

Per-level pricing, in euros, including VAT
Levels attended New participant Repeater (Wholeness Bonus)
One level €700 €450
Two levels €1,300 €450 per level (€900)
Three levels €1,800 €350 per level (€1,050)
All four levels €2,200 €350 per level (€1,400)

Discounts that stack onto the new-participant rate

  • 10% off — participants from Eastern European countries.
  • One discount at a time. Whichever discount is best for you is the one applied.

Who comes to this.

The room is usually a mix of practitioners and people doing the work for themselves. Both are welcome. No prior knowledge is required for Level I.

No prior experience needed (Level I) Coaches and consultants Therapists NLP practitioners Core Transformation users Bodyworkers Long-term meditators Returning participants

People come for different reasons — stress that won't loosen, awakening that hasn't integrated, professional curiosity, a felt sense that the next thing is here but unnamed. The work doesn't require a particular reason. It works on whatever shows up.

Common questions about the Cologne event.

Do I need to attend all four levels?

No. You can come for one, two, three, or all four. Many people start with Level I and decide on the rest based on how it lands. Levels II, III, and IV each require the prior ones.

The training is in English — how does the German translation work?

Connirae teaches in English. A consecutive interpreter renders her teaching into German in real time, sentence by sentence. The pacing is naturally slower as a result, which most participants find helpful — the slower rhythm gives the work more room.

What's the "Wholeness Bonus" repeater rate?

If you've already attended a level with Connirae before (anywhere in the world, in any format), you qualify for the repeater rate: €450 per level for one or two levels, €350 per level for three or four. The discount honours that you're returning for your own deepening, not learning the material for the first time.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes. The camera is on Connirae throughout, capturing all teaching and demonstrations. After the event you receive streaming access to your level(s) — useful for revisiting the formats and for participants who occasionally miss a session.

Is the work safe if I have trauma history?

The Wholeness Work is designed to be gentle by structure — no re-living of difficult material, no forced exposure, no narrative excavation. That said, if you're in acute trauma or actively re-experiencing, a trauma-specialised practitioner is the right entry point first. For most participants, the work is calmer than what they expected.

Who organises this event?

The event is presented by the European Association for The Wholeness Work in cooperation with Institut Tom Andreas. Connirae teaches; the European association handles registration, venue, and logistics. Registration is at register.wholenesswork.eu.

Can I ask a question before registering?

Yes — the European association's office handles questions at office@wholenesswork.eu.

Ready to register?

Registration is handled by the European Association at wholenesswork.eu. You'll choose the modules you want, see the calculated total with any discounts applied, and complete the booking there.

What participants of the live training describe

Ten days with Connirae was unlike anything I'd done. The depth that opens when you're in the room, day after day, doesn't compare to anything online.
Ten-day participant
I arrived sceptical and tired. I left lighter — and the change has held for months.
Cologne participant
The gentleness isn't a marketing word — it's how the work is led. Nothing was forced; I never felt cornered.
