About Elena.

I'm an NLP trainer by background. I'm very good at changing patterns for other people, and for years I was notably worse at it for myself.

I work with coaches and practitioners in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The Wholeness Work is the thing I reach for when the technique I'd normally use is the thing in the way.
