Lena Bauer
"I work with people standing at the end of one life and the beginning of another, who can feel the shape of both but can't yet find solid ground in either."
Booking happens on Lena Bauer's own scheduling system. The Wholeness Work doesn't hold the calendar.
About Lena Bauer.
I came to the Wholeness Work in the middle of my own transition — left a senior role in publishing, ended a long marriage, moved cities. I'd done years of analysis and somatic work; I knew how to feel things. What I didn't know was how to find ground when the old version of me wasn't there anymore and the new one hadn't formed.
The Wholeness Work doesn't ask you to figure out who you are next. It works on the thing underneath that question — the felt sense of a self that needs to be one thing or another. When that softens, the question of "what's next" stops being existential and starts being practical.
I'm based in Berlin and certified with Connirae in 2022. Most of my clients are mid-career, mid-life, mid-something — divorce, career change, empty nest, becoming a parent, the death of a parent. I offer sessions in German and English.
What I tend to focus on.
These are the patterns clients arrive with most often. The work itself doesn't depend on the pattern — the method is the same whether you're working with anxiety, grief, a stuck habit, or just a sense of background tension you can't quite name.
What a session is like.
A session is 60 to 90 minutes, on video call. Lena Bauer guides you through the Wholeness Work, slowly enough that you can actually feel what's happening. You don't need to know the method beforehand — coaches are trained to lead you through it without prior context.
- You bring whatever's present. A pattern, a feeling, a situation. You don't need to know what you "want to work on." Most clients don't, at first.
- The coach leads you through the process. Gentle questions, no re-living difficult material, no narrative work. You stay in your own experience throughout.
- What shifts, shifts on its own. The method works by dissolution, not by effort. Many clients describe the session afterwards as "less like therapy, more like the inside of the room got bigger."
- You leave with something repeatable. Over time, the process becomes something you can use on your own, between sessions.
