About Mei.

I sat for fifteen years before I found the Wholeness Work. I had plenty of openings on the cushion and very little idea how to bring them into an ordinary Tuesday.

I work with long-term meditators in English and Mandarin. The method is a precise way to let what you've glimpsed in practice settle into the rest of your life.
